For almost 20 years, we’ve been providing training and development services to individuals and groups. We cut through the fluff and make a difference. Our approach is to make every experience interactive, fun, challenging, and relevant for clients. We drop the jargon and complexity and focus on clear ideas that matter. Our client list seems to say this very direct approach works in a wide variety of settings.
JP Consultants is mostly me, John Steinbach. I love this work and bring energy and passion to everything I do with clients. I once presented on a huge variety of topics to build my business, but I’m now fortunate enough to be able to focus on topics and services that I am passionate about and am skilled at delivering.
I take great pride in being able to relate to a variety of audiences. I’ve worked with assembly line workers, physicians, educators, judges, engineers, construction workers, executives, and librarians and feel home with every group.
There are people in organizations around the world that have been burned by poor development experiences. I work hard to make sure their experience with JP Consultants is positive so they can embrace the wonderful possibilities for change and growth.
